The 4th European Congress on e-Inclusion 2012: ‘Partnerships for a Digital Europe’ (ECEI12) is a free to attend event which will assemble 150 delegates from all 27 European member states. ECEI12 is taking place on Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th November 2012 in the European Quarter of Brussels.
In a context of fiscal austerity and frozen public spending on the 2020 initiatives, Europe's Growth Strategy places a continual emphasis on the development of effective partnerships in order to tackle the current economic and social challenges facing modern Europe.
