On Tuesday, October 2 from 19h to 20h30 CEST*, Heather Mansfield is organizing the one-time only Free webinar How Nonprofits Can Successfully Use Google+ and Host Google+ Hangouts.
This webinar normally costs $50, but each season one of her paid webinars is for free. This fall it's Google+, last summer it was 12 Common Mistakes Nonprofits Make in Social Media, which was attended by 600 people around the globe.
This webinar will begin with a general introduction to Google+ and then will move on to a brief demonstration on how to create a Google+ Page for your nonprofit.
Next, an in-depth tour of the Admin Dashboard, Circles, and the Google+ Stream is presented as well as an exploration of what kind of content works best on Google+.
The webinar will also highlight the difference between Google+ Hangouts and Google+ Hangouts on Air and demonstrate how to use Hangout Events.
Throughout the Google+ training, a heavy focus is placed on how Google+ is integrated with other Google Products, such as YouTube, Search, Gmail, Images, Places, and Google Mobile.
