Telecentre-Europe is a European NGO and a member based association established in 2010. Telecentre-Europe represents publicly funded telecentres/telecentre networks, ICT learning centres, adult education centres and libraries across Europe with its mission to raise awareness about training people in basic and advanced digital skills and to influence decision makers in the field.

Malta Communications Authority

Malta

MCA is the public authority responsible for the regulation of communications systems and services and the implementation of the national policy on digital inclusion in Malta.

International Aid Network (IAN)

Serbia

IAN is a local NGO active since 1997 in the field of empowerment of disadvantaged groups in Serbia (refugees, disabled persons, unemployed, victims of violence, Roma, etc). Its Education Department - IAN Telecentar - works for increasing IT literacy among the population in Serbia.

DemNet

Hungary

DemNet is a Hungarian NGO supporting the development of civil society. In 1996 DemNet initiated a telecentre network in Hungary whose number of telecentres reached 500 within a few years.

Latvian Information and Communication Technology Association (LIKTA)

Latvia

LIKTA is a non-governmental professional organisation, encompassing the ICT industry and ICT professionals, whose principal objective is to promote and further develop Information Society in Latvia.

Interface3

Belgium

Interface3 is a Continuing Training Centre and Socio-professional Insertion Agency in Brussels Region, which facilitates access for women to the expanding ICT sector of the labour market and to adapt their skills in the context emerging information and communications technologies (ICTs).

Educating for an Open Society Romania (EOS)

EOS Romania is a private, non-profit organization established in 1998. The main goal of EOS Romania is to facilitate open society and sustainable development in Romania by enabling members of communities to acquire social and economic entrepreneurial abilities through the application of ICT.

The National Union of Students in Europe (ESU)

Belgium

ESU is an umbrella organisation of 45 National Unions of Students (NUS) from 38 countries, whose aim is to represent and promote the educational, social, economic and cultural interests of students at the European level.

Telecentar

Croatia

Telecentar is a coordination centre of regional network of telecentres from Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia focused on development and implementation of training programmes in computer skills, English language, social skills and entrepreneurship.
