What does your organization do (100-word description)
The Consortium Fernando de los Rios (consisting of eight Andalusian provincial councils and the Ministry of Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment) manages the network Guadalinfo which has over 800,000 users and has already generated more than 1,700 citizen-based innovative projects in areas such as tourism, employment-training, inclusion, environment, web 2.0, sustainability, accessibility and culture.
What digital skills training or activities do you or does your organization offer (if any)?
Guadalinfo is a digital network with a good solid territorial support: There are around 800 centers and these serve 692 Andalusian municipalities with populations of less than 20,000 inhabitants. For social groups and ethnic communities living in less fortunate economic conditions and thus being excluded from Internet service, Guadalinfo offers free workshops and free Internet access in more than 60 service-centres located in major cities. In 2015 the network Guadalinfo is opening 48 new centres in Autonomous Local Government Municipalities located in the state of Andalusia, which will serve about 60,000 new users.

Through the GUadalinfo project, where we have more than 800 centers where we develop activities in digital inclusion issues.
