What does your organization do (100-word description)
The Emilia-Romagna regional government has approved a Digital Agenda for the development of the information society at the local level. The Emilia-Romagna Region has adopted a strategic focus on digital competence for citizens with the project “Pane e Internet”.
What digital skills training or activities do you or does your organization offer (if any)?
Pane e Internet is a digital competence action that supports the start-up of local telecentres called "Punti Pane e Internet". Each Point delivers basic courses on Digital skills using the DIGCOMP framework; furthermore, citizens are offered digital culture workshops, laboratories and seminars: Pane e Internet has developed a digital facilitators networks that provide free tutoring to people who are not able to access Internet and its services into the public Libraries.
