The receiving of applications is over my dear friends! "Computer Knowledge Society Initiative" is at the examination stage now the potential employees are running through testing, and interviews are still ahead.I would much appreciate if you could suggest us the most efficient training modules that in your opinion and on the basis of you experience would be useful to add apart from computer and e-services basics. Thank you all for contribution!!!

I'm glad you liked that :)

I was lucky enough to get a thorough overview of your initiative when I was in Georgia in May, thanks to USAID's EWMI/G-PAC team organizing a meeting with Giorgi Vashadze.

I thought a good way to help you to build on others' learning would be to connect you with a broader network of people who have experience and knowledge in this area: community technology and library innovators, researchers, managers, etc. So of course the wonderful Telecentre-Europe folks came to mind, as well as the team behind the Beyond Access initiative.

I'll follow up to the comment you posted on my blog next week. Need to think first :)

Hi Katie! I'm thrilled that you joined the Telecentre-Europe community. I hope you make lots of wonderful connections and can tap into the collective knowledge to make your initiative in Georgia a resounding success!

It's great to see you immediately broke the ice by posting on Christine Prefontaine's blog post Massive "Computer Knowledge Society" Initiative in Georgia to Launch 300 New Centers :)
