What does your organization do (100-word description)
INFREP is a vocational training centre created in 1982 by la Ligue de l’enseignement, that is specialised in training public with low level of qualification. It yearly receives more than 20 000 learners and realises over 2 millions hours of training. INFREP, with its 30 agencies present in France and its 350 trainers, is involved in a quality process notably taking shape through the ISO 9001 label. Infrep developed a recognized know-how in the development of training for trainers, specifically in the field of low-skilled learners' training, which main final objective is to facilitate social and professional insertion as well as autonomy and self determination of these target groups.
What digital skills training or activities do you or does your organization offer (if any)?
At INFREP, we develop several ICT alphabetisation training programmes as well as office IT training programmes. We are delivering the European Informatique Competences Passport.
In the framework of our European Projects, we developed online training courses aimed at e-facilitators for social inclusion of target groups: see LLP funded projects: VET4e-I project (http://www.efacilitator.eu ) and RAISE4e-I project ( http://raise4einclusion.eu).
