What does your organization do (100-word description)
EPMA, European Projects & Management Agency, is a public equivalent body founded in 2004. The main objective of EPMA is to develop international project based co-operation of European regions and regional partners towards knowledge based information society. This objective is implemented through activities like research, awareness rising, project management support and networking and with a desire to strength a dialog and co-operation between public administrations, research communities, business organizations and civic initiatives in Vysocina and other regions.
EPMA has a wide scale of experiences in European projects and awareness rising activities. EPMA co-operates with significant European networks like ELANET (European Local Authorities Network), ERIS@ (European Regional Information Society Association), PERQUIRIMUS (European experts' network), e-FORUM Association, PRELUDE CHALLENGE framework etc. Main areas of interest: eGovernment/eDemocracy, eBusiness, eInclusion, Science & Society, support of ERA.
