What we do as an organization (100-word description)
We represent publicly funded digital competence centres (telecentres) and networks, ICT learning centres, adult education centres and libraries across Europe where children and adults can access the Internet, learn the latest digital skills and keep up to date with technology and community developments.
We coordinate a number of projects, programmes and campaigns that empower people through ICT by finding new paths to employment, community life, relevant information and staying in touch with friends and family. All our members and partners believe that Information and Communication technology has an enormous potential to combat social exclusion and poverty.

How I am involved in digital inclusion / empowerment
ALL DIGITAL (legally registered as Telecentre Europe AISBL) has established the Awards to recognise the achievements of individuals and organisations across Europe that enable people to get to grips with technology.
Thousands of individuals and hundreds of organisations around Europe work daily with communities to empower citizens through technology and the Internet: from teaching digital literacy and online safety to carrying out transactions with government and boosting entrepreneurship, from supporting young people’s employability to uniting different stakeholders for ensuring digital inclusion.
Telecentre Europe Awards acknowledge their innovation, dedication and the inspiring role they play to many people.
