What does your organization do (100-word description)
“Fondazione Circolo Fratelli Rosselli” is a no-profit organisation in Florence that has as purpose to create awareness in the people about the current society from more points of view (social, economic, cultural …) through its initiatives and its debates.Our Foundation has not only a local impact, but also an international perspective; indeed we have a lot of cross-cultural and multinational supporters.

Your function and/or responsibilities related to digital skills training and empowerment
I'm the social media manager in the organization. I write all the post in our website (WordPress), I create all the post on Facebbok and Twitter, I'm creating the YouTube channel, I make all the live videos on Facebook (of debates and our initiatives). I also do a secreterial work in our organitation (also management of Outlook mail), I manage the event planning and transmitting press releases
How are you involved in digital inclusion / empowerment?
When I started two years ago my trainee there was only the Facebbok Page and the website. I'm increasing right now the Facebook page, I've created a Twitter account and now I'm developing the new YouTube channel (with all the videos in our Archives and all the live feed Facebook's videos that I made in this two years). I would like to create also an account Instagram for increase the audience and I would like to improve the "Fratelli Rosselli" Page on Wikipedia with images and documents unseen that we have in our organitation (for supporting the cultural Heritage for a wide audience).

Why would yo like to join the network?
I would like to join the network because I'm strongly motivated to create a digital revolution for no-profit organitations; in my opinion it's of central importance promote the communication (especially online) and the networks in general with all the organitation. I've taken a bachelor degree in communication studies (in Political Science) and right now I?m studying for the second degree. In general I'm motivate and enthusiast to make the difference in my job and I love to learn new programmes and new technological knowledge
