On 29th of January 29, 2020, a partnership agreement was signed to open ECCC office in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and to implement the ECCC standard in this country together with Bosnian and Herzegovinian partners.
This is another country, after Serbia, Croatia and Kosovo, in which an ECCC digital competence validation standard is established to develop digital education and provide digital competence validation of citizens, based on the DigComp framework.

At the end of 2019 it has been announced that in eight months over 30, 000 adult participants took part in CONNECTED LITHUANIA digital literacy training in public libraries. Trainings were offered to non-users and unskillful users, and the oldest participant was a 92-year-old library visitor!

ECCC Foundation is starting the first electromobility project in the Lublin Region, Poland. It is to promote electromobility amongst citizens and decision makers in the region. Several training, workshops and presentations will be made using the fast charging equipment powered by the photovoltaic power station. Also AUDI and HYUNDAI e-cars will be presented.

ECCC Foundation has got the European Quality Certificate 2019 with the Bronze Award for the high quality of ECCC DigComp standard of digital competence citizens’ validation. The award was given during the Vth European Congress of Quality which took place on 14 November 2019 in Lublin (Poland).
