In 2005 he was envolved in the creation of the Academy of Telecentres and Social Organizations, an educational platform that offers free continuous training for e-facilitators, social educators, volunteers and social workers. In 2006, he promoted an alliance with Telecentre.org for the creation and diffusion of telecentres at Spanish, European and Latin American levels. From 2001 to 2006 he was responsible for the Red Conecta project. In 2007 he was involved in European projects related to social inclusion, telecentres and the recognition of e-facilitators, as well as in the creation of ALL DIGITAL network and later Somos Digital. From 2015 (Fit4Jobs) to the present time he has been focused on the development of youth employability programmes through free coding bootcamps.

LEADERSHIP & COOPERATION

Isidre is a charismatic leader who comes from the base of social organizations. He has been director and president of Esplai and currently continues to serve as a volunteer in other organizations. He has worked closely with governments of different countries, local administrations and NGOs. His active role in building strategic alliances has allowed Esplai and many others to practice the quadruple helix theory in many projects. From his hand in 2006 the strategic agreement with Microsoft was born, but also with other companies that are already part of the ecosystem of Fundación Esplai. He has been responsible for many initiatives in the fight against the digital divide and consolidated the Training Area of our entity. He also played a strategic role in the diffusion of the Spanish model of telecentre networks in Latin America that gave rise to consolidated systems today.
