WORK EXPERIENCE PURPOSE AND PROFESSIONALISM

Lidia has a degree in Computer Science from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, and is currently working at a PuntTIC of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

For several years since now, his passion for education and technology has led her to develop interest in ICT skills, robotics, educational programming and digital manufacturing as a tool for change.

She has been a trainer of all kinds of groups in digital social innovation projects (children and youth, elderly).

As a Trainer of basic activities in ICT skills, as well as a trainer of trainers sharing her experience and knowledge in digital creation, programming, educational robotics and digital manufacturing, she always applies a close learning style, based on experience and peer to peer training.


ONE OF A KIND

Lidia is a dynamic, creative, enthusiastic, responsible person, with empathy and the ability to relate and connect with people and with a desire allways to acquire new knowledge and challenges.

She has mentored groups of girls motivating them to do technology projects.

Lidia has managed to create a community of people empowered in the use of ICTs, at a local level, as well as she has always been very active in the community of e-facilitators and trainers of the Punt TIC network.

EXAMPLE

Work with young people in school failure situation and unmotivated, helping them connect with their interests in order to encourage to continue studying and learning through gamified activities.

Also helping older people feel integrated and useful, teaching them how to use ICT tools to communicate or search for information or for their interests or motivations.
