WORK EXPERIENCE PURPOSE AND PROFESSIONALISM
For 11 years I have been an e-facilitator of the Guadalinfo centre in Bailén (Jaén), a municipality with about 18,000 people, after obtaining the best score in the selection process. People of Bailén, in various ways, have participated in the change experienced. My purpose in the more than 1500 workshops and activities that I have developed, has been to train people of different ages and profiles in digital, technological and entrepreneurial skills, and community awareness and cohesion, with special attention to the prevention of digital, gender and social gaps.
I have implemented numerous tourism revitalization and social innovation projects for the inclusion and empowerment of disadvantaged people through ICT, in collaboration with Foundations and Universities. I have also worked with local educational centers for the prevention and responsible use of ICT by the educational community. I advise users in promoting social dynamism, community awareness and promotion of the environment, through employability and digital literacy, promotion of innovative culture, citizen participation, improvement of quality of life, entrepreneurship, business digitization and e-administration.
ONE OF A KIND
I probably have the same training as other e-facilitators who enter the contest, but my distinguishing factor is that I am a very creative person. Bachelor of Fine Arts, Master in Research and Aesthetic Education, scientific illustrator, and I have just deposited my doctoral thesis in Heritage.

I am immersed in numerous projects that are simply different. I will quote only 2:
EXAMPLE
During the three months of mandatory home confinement due to the COVID19 pandemic, in which teleworking from home became the only way to provide care to the public, and in which the circumstances of the most disadvantaged citizens prevented them carry out their procedures with administrations through the internet, I started the blog https://administracionelectronicabailen.blogspot.com/
This is a blog dedicated to the presentation of tutorials, video tutorials, updated information and electronic administration procedures in the most simple way as possible, in order to facilitate citizens to carry out procedures electronically. In addition, the material generated on the blog was used to carry out personalized online and telephone services, for most of the day to all the people who needed it.
With a population of 18,000 inhabitants, as of the date of my candidacy, the blog statistics has around 15,000 visits since mid-March. I am especially proud of my work as an e-facilitator especially in the most difficult moments, for being able to serve my fellow citizens in the best way I can.
