Cooperation between sectors: Partnership for change

Ljubljana, April 2018. Simbioza Genesis, social enterprise, joined the exchange program of Partnership for Change for the second year, in order to exchange experiences and knowledge with the public sector. Within this project Mrs Jelka from Ministry of Infrastructure joined our team for the week. Together we exchanged best practices from our work and our projects, where she gave us an input from her perspective and shared some of her experiences from her work. During the one week of exchange, she got to know all of our projects, worked with our senior participants, joined workshops and visited two of our locations.

The project of Partnership of Change is led by American Chamber of Commerce in Slovenia and Ministry of Public Administration. It is a program of innovative public-private partnership and cooperation between employees in public and private sector with the main goal to exchange ideas and best practices. Within this program the participants break stereotypes and create positive stories with a proof that cooperation between public and private sector is possible in an innovative and creative way. This project includes 45 participating business organizations, 10 Slovenian ministries and over 140 participants with over 120 exchanges implemented.
