From Aupex (Extremadura, Spain) we are happy to share our experience during the course organized by ALL DIGITAL and EGInA “How to prepare an Erasmus+ KA2 Strategic Partnerships project propo...”, which took place from the 4th to the 8th of November in Foligno (Italy).
First of all we would like to thank EGInA and ALL DIGITAL for their efforts in the organization of this course. It has been really clarifying and productive, not only from what we have learnt about Erasmus+ KA2 project proposals, but also for the chance to strengthen our network and explore new collaboration opportunities, discover the awesome Umbria region and cities as Foligno, Assisi or Spello.
The face-to-face course is part of a 6-month blended course that started in October. During the week in Foligno we have analyzed and discussed the different elements of a KA2 project proposals. The examples and the expertise of ALL DIGITAL and EGInA have been really clarifying and motivating during the sessions, where we have also worked on two of the project ideas that participants had submitted previously. The course has helped us to understand the dimension and the features of important elements such as project Intellectual outputs (IOs), Learning/Teaching/Training (LTT) activities and other aspects for the preparation of the work plan.
On the other hand, we have been provided with tips and recommendations related to the expected project impact or the dissemination and sustainability strategies. Last, but not least, we went through the financial aspects, project management and different implementation activities. All this content was deeply discussed within the groups, which enriched the training and the exchange experience.
The participant organisations come from Sweden, Israel, Romania, Italy and Spain, all of them active in adult education in the field of digital skills, so common areas for future collaborations were quickly identified, together with shared interest in topics such as artificial intelligence, new methodologies, media literacy or new tools for adult educators, which answer the needs of those professionals who work our organizations or collaboration networks and the end-users we usually work with, especially those coming from disadvantaged backgrounds.
In the coming months, we will keep on working hard on the proposals through online meetings that will allow us to better define our role in the projects and design powerful proposals for the recently launched Erasmus+ call.
Congratulations to Barbara on behalf of All Digital and Altheo, Gaia, Paolo and Chiara from Egina, thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience, for these amazing days in Foligno, for the delicious meals, for the trips and an especial mention to St. Giuliano de Assisi, the best tour guide ever and to Bruna, who shared took us few centuries back in medieval Foligno!
