Another interesting project is called eCommittee. The purpose of the project is to facilitate participations of citizens in the European Parliament legislative process with respect to climate change. It involves 10 European countries – France, Czech Republic and Sweden are among them. The eCommittee prepares for the Road to Copenhagen that will take place in December this year, according to Christian D. De Fouly, Communications and PR Officer for eCommittee. "Against this background, we recruited 10 national moderators in each country which serve as the interface between their citizens and the European Parliament. They provide content to our website, Some of the content is being translated into other languages and they have a forum where their citizens can provide questions. At the European Parliament level, we have 2 Master Moderators," he says.
