The MIREIA mapping exercise has established minimum targets for each EU27 country, based on the population. For a big country like France this results in trying to map a minimum of 325 French eInclusion actors. Créatif has taken up the challenge and became the partner for disseminating the survey in France. So far, we have convinced 66 organizations (20%) to fill the survey, and, as Telecentre-Europe asked us, underneath is an overview of the dissemination efforts we have undertaken so far.
Créatif is a French organization that promotes e-inclusion and collaborates with a big part of the Internet Access Points of France. Our estimate is that there exist about 3.000-4.000 telecenters all around France.
In collaboration with the french government organization for digital affairs, we've made some guides about digital accessibility, digital education & digital communication and promoted national campaigns and networks like NetPublic and Cyber-Base.
In order to promote de MIREIA survey, we first started to communicated through the website of Créatif, which is considered as a national platform. As we use a private social network for all internal discussions among the members of Créatif, we asked all members to promote the survey through their own networks. For example, for the network of Lower-Normandy that I am in charge of, I asked each manager to respond to my post when they completed the survey and I received 37 responses.
In a second away, we also used some of our twitter feeds and the curation platform scoop.it, through which we disseminated the information to all our followers.
Some examples of twitter feeds and newsposts on (regional) websites:
We hope this was useful and good luck to all MIREIA partners!
