Last minute call to participate in the ITU Telecom World 11 poll towards a Manifesto for Change!

During the ITU Telecom World 11 event held in Geneva Switzerland on October 24th-27th, a number of questions were generated from pre-panel conversations and delegates who attended the event responded to these questions during the panel discussions.

We now wish to give you an opportunity to add you voice, as your answers to the poll will help form a document called the Manifesto for Change: a high-level document packed with facts and figures, brought to life with recommendations for ways forward:

"How can we give more of the worlds population affordable access to web based applications and services?"

The poll closes today at 18h Geneva time, so please kindly take a 10 minutes break to participate and raise your voice by ticking your answer at the ITU World 2011- Polling

Great to read your comment Martine! Did you also fill the poll to reflect this opinion and include it  in the Manifesto for Change?

Get all e-Inclusion stakeholders working together at local level.  This is possible through the program methodology, simplyfying funding mechanisms, making sure all developments can be reused and encouraging collaboration through calls.
