I think this line comes from the Disney movie (or there about). But it was beautifully said by Fabio Colansanti this afernoon (intentionally or not). The European Community's main purposes, he said, could be summed up in three words: opportunity, access and solidarity – so that nobody is left behind or forgotten.

Lilo and Stitch is a Disney (cartoon) movie about the meaning of "family" (among other things). Perhpas, you should watch it some time. There you find this line -- "[family] means nobody is left behind or forgotten" -- which I quoted earlier. As to how e-Inclusion can become reality (and EC's specific role) this is an ongoing struggle. And the Vienna conference will add another building block.

mmmh I don't quite get it, what is "Lilo and the stitch?". And what concrete plans were proposed to make sure that "nobody is left behind and forgotten?". Because of course: everybody wishes everybody the best, but the European Commission is into a position of turning those nice three words into realities.
