The mentoring program combines mentoring with technology and gives mentees access to a 12-month, one-to-one mentoring relationship, an online multimedia training session, online networking forums and events, and an online resource center. Mentors will provide advice and support to mentees in areas ranging from developing a business plan to sourcing capital.
The program is expected to benefit women all over the world by improving their self-confidence and building on their business knowledge, marketing know-how, and technological skills.
As part of the agreement between the two organizations, TCF is expected to identify a minimum of fifty mentees for CBFW’s Mentoring Women in Business Programme.
More information on this partnership and the selection process for identifying mentees will be released in further announcements.
