Telecenters play a key role in promoting e-Inclusion goals among marginalized groups. Thousands of such actors around Europe work diligently to equip these groups with the necessary digital competences to participate more actively in the knowledge society.
Despite the important role that telecenters play in advancing eInclusion and other social goals little is known about the different efforts to systematically measure the impact of their programs among the people they serve.
Telecentre-Europe and the University of Washington are conducting a survey to map the different ways in which telecenters and other social organizations assess the contribution of their programs to improve the lives of the people they serve. With this in mind, the survey serves two main purposes:
We hope this wont take too much of your time to complete this questionnaire fully and as accurately as you can. Your answers will be a valuable resource to reach the objectives described above, benefiting the whole community of eInclusion actors.

Thanks in advance for your participation.

Perfect. Thanks much!
Hello Katya, all - We've slightly modified the format of the survey so now you can scroll down and see the questions in just one page. Thanks
Katya! Sure, I'll send you the full survey so you can read all the questions. Thanks for filling the survey!
Just want to throw in a link to a presentation I gave yesterday on economic and social impact of UK online centres http://www.slideshare.net/IanClifford/uk-online-centres-nov-2011-10.... There is a significant value (in being able to make a compelling business case) in being able to make economic (and social) calculations, and it would be great if we could build a systematic framework for impact assessment from this survey.
Katia, I do think there is a word doc of the questions. I will leave for Maria to post, but its a good idea. Thanks
Maria, is it possible to have a full list of questions separately? The system doesn't let us see them all at once, and the survey introduction doesn't say how many questions there are (i only see that there are 5 pages). I might need some time to think them over and prepare in advance :)
Thanks
Katia.
