To provide the next 292 000 000 Europeans with the information skills, motivation and access that they need to benefit from, and contribute to, the knowledge economy – it’s the vision of Telecentre-Europe.

Try to make a list of things that you can do by using computer and Internet.

Done?

Imagine that 292 000 000 Europeans, and not only people from this continent are digital illiteraced and won’t draw benefits from using computer and Internet.

Certainly it is possible to solve this problem, digital illiteracy is like the ability to read.

Nowadays in most high developed countries illiteracy doesn’t exist.

So let make basic computer skills widespread in the same range.

It’s time to work and there’s a lot things to do
