Joining an important public hearing on the validation of non-formal and informal learning organized by the European Civil Society Platform on Lifelong Learning (EUCIS-LLL), the project members will introduce the VET4e-I project main achievements regarding the topic of validation.
Following this first public presentation, the VET4e-I project’s members will host their final conference during the second part of the day. Here, the project’s achievements and potential future involvements will be discussed in more details with the analysis of European policy experts in terms of validation, e-Inclusion and e-facilitator’s profile and training. The project members and the participants will have time to exchange on the different topics.
The invited speakers of the final conference are:
- Michel Feutrie, Secretary General of the European Civil Society Platform of Lifelong Learning (EUCIS-LLL) and EC expert on the European Qualification Framework, who will speak about this field of expertise,
- Katarzyna Balucka-Debska, Policy and Project Officer ICT for Inclusion at the EC DG Information Society, who will present on European inclusion policy and the EU digital agenda,
- Gérard Valenduc, Co-director of the Work & Technology Research Centre at the Fondation Travail-Université and Professor at the Universities of Namur and Louvain-la-Neuve. He led a research on the “Profiles of e-Facilitators in Belgium: Skills Construction and Training Needs”,
- Patrice Chazerand, Director of Policy at Digitaleurope, who will speak about his organisation’s activities related to e-inclusion and vocational training.
During this major event, the project team is going to present the main results of 2 years of work on the profile, the VET solution and the recognition of the e-facilitators for social inclusion.
We hope this event will open on promising further developments for VET4e-I achievements, outcomes and products!
