In 2000, founders of the non-state, non-profit Center invited Mr Zaychikov to take the position of Executive Director. At the Center, he created a system of non-formal education for young people based on the use of IT-technologies for mastering core competences, especially information and communication ones. The system has successfully passed external licensing and undergoes modification every three years.

To improve the efficiency of the system he had created, Viacheslav was involved with Intel's "Education to the Future" and Microsoft's "Partners in Learning" education programs. In order to conduct these courses, he had been trained in each of the programs and received corresponding certificates. He has been conducting courses and seminars for their graduates. He has developed and implemented courses and seminars for youth outreach specialists in summer camps.

As part of the courses and seminars, he teaches youth outreach specialists skills to confront organizers of the so-called "death groups" in social media that predispose young people to suicidal actions. The training has proved to be useful for young people in distress which leads them to the "death groups" in social media and to suicidal actions in real life.

A trained group of 29 people were able to prevent suicidal behavior among young people in distress. The trained specialists organized counseling for young people who were in difficult situations. The trainees had all the necessary competencies for being effective in the process of organizing and conducting counseling. As a result, positive attitude has become more attractive for all young people who have found a constructive perspective.
