Cultural heritage is a common good that the whole world enjoys. With KA2 projet We are all together to raise awareness of cultural heritage (WAAT) we are looking for improving and recognizing culture through new learning systems and digital movies. The duration of this project is 18 months (since 2020-10-01 until 2022-03-31).
WAAT is composed of 6 international partners: Plungė Public Library (Lithuania), ICARUS HRVATSKA (Croatia), EGInA SRL (Italy), The Multidisciplinary European Research Institute Graz (Austria), Centro de Educación de Adultos de Olmedo (Spain) and The Reinwardt Academy (Netherlands).
The main target groups are cultural heritage professionals and institutions, adults’ educators, staff of Glam institutions and others relevant stakeholders.
The mains activities these partners should work on in order to reach these objectives are: professionals’ engaging in working in culture, heritage management, adult education and research institutions to develop new learning systems and digital movies.
With the collaboration of these partners, we want to implement European heritage material; to exchange good practices of presentation on this issue; to create training material; to develop an open digital platform for the collection and presentation of stories and to involve the public in the cultural heritage sector with this platform.
The main expected outcome at the end of this project is the common connection among European citizens in order to recognize cultural heritage with tools created during this process. Realizing at least 31 digital films/stories; a TOOLKIT will integrate all the resources for adults created during the WAAT project; 6 multiplier events and WAAT digital platform.
