What does your organization do (100-word description)
ALL DIGITAL is a network of organizations committed to increasing the social and economic impact of community-based digital competence centres which promote digital inclusion for all and support people in digital transformation.
What digital skills training or activities do you or does your organization offer (if any)?
We offer capacity building to our member organisations through annual events, campaigns, project implementation, as well as through facilitating networking and knowledge sharing - all in the field of digital inclusion and empowerment, digital skills training in non-formal education
Your function and/or responsibilities related to digital skills training and empowerment
I support the wider network of ALL DIGITAL - Unite-IT community, manage ALL DIGITAL Week, Awards, ALL DIGITAL Summits, websites.
How are you involved in digital inclusion / empowerment?
I have been working to empower citizens to use ICT to improve their lives and to promote social change since 1999. My primary experience was with strategic development of IDEA and Tvoy Kurs programmes, supported by Microsoft, which trained 380,000 people in e-skills through the network of 170 training centres in Russia in 2007-2012. I helped to establish Telecentre Europe (the original name of ALL DIGITAL) as a member of the Steering Committee during 2007-2010 and also facilitated establishing the Russian language online network for the Eurasian community of ICT-centers.

I got involved through an ALL DIGITAL event
Why would yo like to join the network?
I am passionate about digital inclusion and empowerment and have been involved in ALL DIGITAL's activities since its inception in 2007
