What does your organization do (100-word description)
Since its creation in 1987, Interface3 has worked to expand the range of professional opportunities available for women, and to improve their qualifi¬cations in ICT.
The Interface3 courses are aimed at women who want to improve their professional life, reintegrate or shift towards growth sectors (women seeking employment, long-term unemployed, women 'returners'). These programs focus on ICT but also on other requirements of today's businesses: project management, knowledge of languages, etc.
What digital skills training or activities do you or does your organization offer (if any)?
1)There are 5 ICT trainings: Helpdesk agent - Network administrator - Webmaster - Web application developer and Game developer.
2)Twice a year, a 5- week module takes place: the goal is to discover the computer trades to find out if this is an area we like. 2 x 15 women try out the programming, the networks and define a professional project.
3)We also work with kids. Through an escape game, students in grades 5 and 6 discover the basics of programming, algorithms and code logic. Then, they make their first steps by coding in console mode.
